Send form stalls, sends without attachments

    Hi all,

    I’m having somewhat of a strange problem that I can’t really replicate on a consistent basis, so this is very much so a shot in the dark to see if anyone else has encountered this and fixed it.

    Basically I am able to upload multiple files, I’ll hit Send, and the form will wait several minutes before it ultimately sends the email without the files attached. This is especially strange because the uploaded files are a required field on my form. Even stranger yet, I cannot consistently replicate the issue. Most of the time the exact same attached files will send just fine without a problem, but maybe once out of every 20 times I use the form it does this.

    Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so any tips to solve it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Can you check and verify if your plugin is updated to the current version? I’ve tried several website an it’s working fine.

    I cannot replicate the issue

    It is. Right now my current thought is to disable W3 Total Cache from running on the page. That plugin has caused problems on other forms before. I’ll let you know if I encounter any other instances of this happening. Thanks!
