Send HTTP-Range header always on

    I’m on a shared hosting plan
    and when a user download a large file using a download manager it uses php procsses which shuts my site down sometimes

    I tried to disable “Send HTTP-Range header” but the program still can load multiple lines (no resume though)

    any Ideas??
