Send minqueue.js files to footer

When you enqueue a script, you can set whether it is loaded in the header or footer.

You need to set the 5th param of wp_enqueue_script to true – see http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script

MinQueue will add the minified file in the same location that the original file was enqueued. To move a scipt to the footer – you need to change where it is loaded when it is enqueued.

Yes thats right. And MinQueue only handles scripts enqueued using wp_enqueue_scripts.
