    Hi,

    I allow customers to upload files with a support ticket. The uploaded files are sent with the ticket confirmation email back to the customer. Is there an option to prevent uploaded files to be attached to emails sent by the plugin?

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    You can choose the nature of attachment sent with email notification, please go to Support > Email Notifications > General > Attachments in notifications > Select “File Links” > Save the changes.
