Send Plugin Update Success + Failure

Aloha!

Just discovered your plugin – and we are interested in seeing how to send log of plugin update AND failure, as a “status” or merge tag status.

We are firing them just fine for standard update scenarios, but we need to plan and control for both circumstances.
