What do you mean it locks up. Can you be more specific?

I can’t edit an email, navigate drop downs, upload subscription list … generally move around in Send Press. Basically have to exit back to my WordPress dashboard, then can go back to SendPress. I’ve deactivated SendPress and reactivated with no luck. It all started when upgrading to the newest WP and newest SP.

It sounds like some sort of conflict. Typically that can happen with other plug-ins. If you could include the information requested in my previous post we may be able to guess as to where the conflict might be happening. The other way to narrow it down is to follow the knowledgebase article link below. Once we know which plug-in may be causing the issue, we can investigate whether it is something we can fix or not.
