send reminder option problem

    The next problem is that the review reminders are not being sent. After selecting the basic option to enable reminders, the checkbox remains selected, and you can revisit the settings multiple times to confirm the option is active. However, once an order is placed and fulfilled, the option automatically gets deselected. You can re-enable it, and the situation is identical: it stays active until someone places an order.
