@ssemenets appears as though you’re not allowing access to the default ajax functionality to process the inquiry as it’s throwing a 500 error (yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php). This is generally due to a security plugin. Once that is resolved you should be all set!

Well the next best thing to do is deactivate plugins one by one to see which is the culprit and if that doesn’t work then switch to the 2019 wp theme.
