“Send Results” button not working

    Hi,
    The “Send Results” button does not works. I tested it multiple times, at least 3 times, by inputting a valid email address and pressing the “Send Results!” button, but there was no email sent, even one. Also, nothing was sent to the “Email address the lead will be sent to”. Is there anything else I need to configure other than the General Settings and Conventional Calc?

    Please provide a link to where you currently have the calculator. Would assume it’s probably a plugin conflict or an issue not providing access to the default ajax functionality to process the request but will be able to have a better look once a link is provided.

    Just tested and received the calculation email immediately. Is it fine for you now or?

    Hi,

    I don’t know why I am still not receiving anything. I sent it to 5 different emails (1 yahoo and 4 gmails? and I still did not get anything. I sent it to those at least twice, and even waited for 30 minutes, and still haven’t gotten anything. I even checked the Spam folder of each mail accounts, and not there. I also did not get any emails on the main email account where I should get the email of the one who sent. I don’t know what is wrong. Is there something else I need to look at?

    Submit a support ticket here and provide a login to your install along with the browser you’re using that’s causing the issues as we’re not able to replicate it but hopefully will be able to find something in the backend causing your issues.
