Unfortunately this is not supported in the current version.

Is it possible to send your vote by email to the address of the user who voted?
To vote, the user must be logged in with wordpress

Yes, it is possible as long as you are allowing votes from wordpress users only (which you are).
You will need to use %VOTER-EMAIL% in the recipient list so the email gets sent to the voter.
Also, here are other tags available in both subject and body of the message
%VOTER-FIRST-NAME%
%VOTER-LAST-NAME%
%VOTER-EMAIL%
%VOTER-USERNAME%
