    Hi jpedroc,

If you go to the “Options” tab then click “Basic” and scroll down to “Autocomplete Product Names” and set it to No, does the Send Review button work then?

But we wanted the AUTOCOMPLETE option available too. So there is a correct relation between the products and the reviews received…

    Hello jpedroc,

For the submit button, you’ll notice that it’s actually active when the page first loads. What it looks like is that you have one of the settings enabled that restricts what products can be reviewed, so, if you don’t type in an existing product in the product name field, it doesn’t validate.

To be able to use the autocomplete option, you should either have the UPCP integration set to “ON” so that the autocomplete can fetch the product names from the UPCP catalogue, or you need to manually provide a set of Product names in the Products List in the Basic area under the Options Tab in the plugin dashboard.
Please check to make sure that you are implementing it the right way.

    Best regards,
