I just checked the test email functionality on my side, and it’s working fine. I am using the current ReviewX version 1.2.9

Well, it definitely is not working on my site, and to be honest I’ve found other bugs/oddities with it, so I have removed it from my site and will not use it again.

I have reported a number of issues with your plugins, and none of them haven’t been fixed.
So, as much as I’d like to help others, I am not prepared to do bug hunting/QA/troubleshooting for you (especially unpaid), that your own QA team should have done in the first place!
In fact, I will remove the other plugin of yours that I am currently testing and having issues with (which I have also reported to your support team)….
