send text email button doesn't work

    I reinstalled my MailPoet because it was not working after a fail from other plugin. There was an error in the tabled from MySQL. A friend who know how handle that, installed a WordPress and MailPoet and copy and paste the tables in my DDBB, it seems it’s working but when I’ve configured the SMTP server and I’m trying to test the email, nothing happen. There is no sending email also when I click into send a proof after configure the template of the newsletter.

    Something happen with the email server in the plug in, it’s working OK, but it’s not sending anything, bad newsletter service I have.

    I need help?

    Any advise?

    I fixed the old one but this is still opened.

    If you have any link to any other customer with the same problem and know how they fixed that, should be great.

    I have a great newsletter tool right now (MailPoet) that is not able to send anything because is not working the delivery service

    Please help.
