i notice that customer sent emails to my enquiry email then my admin email will receive the email, then i reply to the enquiry email it will be sent to my admin email as well rather then customer email?
In this case, the “Reply to” is being overwritten by the mention plugin. I would recommend you reach out to the respective plugin support for more assistance on this functionality.
