Send to different users based on selection

    Is it possible to have this email to a different email based on the users’ selection from a dropdown?

    I have a Combobox with Store locations (34 locations)

    I would like to have it email that store if an email is received rather then coming to me and me forwarding it to them. Is this possible?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    We have conditional emails add on which works with the premium version of Form Maker and performs the desired functionality.

    The logic is that depending on the user’s certain field option selection it sends the submission to different email addresses.
