Send to email variable

Hi
I want to build a contact form where the visitor has choices on who they want to contact such as marketing, sales, webmaster etc, then the form submission is sent to the dept that has been chosen sauch as marketing@, sales@ etc.
Is this possible and if so are thet any examples on how to do this?
