Sender Email

I am using the Mandrill plugin with the Email Users plugin. I have tried overriding the sender email address both by specifying it in the Mandrill plugin settings and by providing it in the Email Users override sender settings. No matter what I do, the email always comes from [email protected]. When I have Email Users in debug mode it shows that my email should be sent from the override email I provided so I’m not sure how this is getting changed.
