Sender Email Address Issue

Hi,
When a user fills in a form on the website, I would like their email address to be used in the ‘Sender’s Email’ field. Currently, it is set to the website’s email and if I try to change it, I get an error – Sender email address does not belong to the site domain.
Could you let me know if there is a workaround for this? My client would like the user’s email address to come through in the Sender’s email field so that they can reply directly to them.
