    hi, thanks a lot for this great plugin. everything works fine for me except this small issue:
    when the user submits a ticket using the plgunin form, he / she will receive a notification email from zendesk. the sender of this email will be in the format of Zendesk default user (zendesk default organization name), for example, Career Assistant(HoiTalent) in my case. However, when the users use the zendesk’s own way to submit their tickets, they will receive an email with the sender name aligned with the Support addresses value under zendesk email setting. In my case, it is “HoiTalent”.

    is there a way for the plugin form to use the sender name value from the zendesk email setting? thanks.

    Hi @blano86, glad you like the plugin!

    That’s strange, we don’t seem to have that issue. So I suspect this might be related to how the Trigger has been configured at Zendesk. I’ve taken a screenshot of our Trigger rules and uploaded this to http://i.imgur.com/mJFZcai.png.

    Do you use a similar Trigger to create the email notification? Or is it setup differently? There are lots of different ways to do things in Zendesk!
