Sendgrid API

    I have been trying to set up Wappointment with Sendgrid but am not sure what API is needed. There options of Web API in various programming languages or an SMTP Relay. What do I need here?

    Hi,

    1 – In your SendGrid account simply use the left bar to navigate to Settings > API Keys
    2 – Then create a new API Key and set some Restricted access, just crank up Mail Send click save.
    3 – Copy the given key
    4 – Then head back to Wappointment in the Email Settings part
    5 – Select the 3rd option SendGrid API
    6 – Enter the API key given in Step 3 and save

    That’s it, you should be able to send emails with SendGrid.
    Also don’t forget to configure the Sender Authentication in SendGrid’s settings otherwise emails will not go out.

    Thanks, that’s great. I had a cookie nonce error but after logging out and back in again it was working correctly. Many thanks.
