Sendgrid mails not sent, Post SMTP issue

    Our emails are not sent from WordPress to our users anymore. We use the Post SMTP plugin in combination with Sendgrid.

    In Post SMTP connectivity report the status of Sendgrid API api.sendgrid.com:443 is “closed” and service available is “no”.

    It also states: Gate 443 is opened, but not for api.sendgrid.com.

    Do you know how to solve the issue?

    Could you kindly confirm if the issue you mentioned still persists? If so kindly share the error message from Post SMTP Logs, along with Diagnostic test report.
