    Hello,

I installed MailOptin Lite and synced my sendinblue account with the API key. I want to create a form with Elementor and then map the fields to each other so that I can register the users in the CRM.

However, the important fields do not appear in Elementor, so I cannot save the email address, last name and first name in the correct fields of SendInBlue. I'll put screenshots for you.

In the "field connections" list, there are only:
    - SMS
    - DOUBLE OPT
    - BOUBLE OPT IN
    - OPT IN

The Name, Surname, Mail fields are not present.

    What to do ?

    Hi @jcanefora

That’s because those fields are automatically synced with Sendinblue and do not need to be mapped. Do a test subscription to confirm.

Hi and Thank for your return.

you’re right, it works but i don’t understand.

Indeed the email box is connected automatically. On the other hand, it works less well for the last name and first name fields. The “name” field on Elementor is linked to the “first name” field on sendinblue and the “first name” field is not syncronized at all. How to do ? Should we put a special id? Do you have an idea ?

    thanks in advance

    Hi,

I found the answer to my question on the mailoptin forum: If you want to capture subscribers ’email address and full name only, ensure the Custom ID of the email field is email and that of the full name name

If you are capturing both first and last names as well as their email addresses, the Custom ID of the first name should be first_name, the last name should be last_name and email address email.

    Thank for your help !
