• Hi

I’m trying to send a test Email but I’m getting this in the debug info

…..220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
    220 and/or bulk e-mail…..

Why am I recieving this even when not gmail or hotmail are blocking me?

    Thanks in advance!

Most likely your hosting provider is blocking that port. Or they have some other block associated with sending email. You may need to contact them. We work around that in our pro version by supporting API sending. Hosting providers cannot block API connections because they occur over standard web ports such as port 80. They also happened to send faster.

I can take a look if can provide this info. Please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support. Leave off your domain info.
