    Hi,

Mailpoet was OK, until I changed service provider (a2hosting). After that, I’ve been unable to send. If I go to System Status, I see no errors, and the tasks are registered as Completed. However, the emails do not arrive.

It seems to be something on Mailpoet Servers side, because when I send a test newsletter for 4 emails, the number of emails sent on Mailpoet My Account (My subscriptions) is increased by 4.

A am using WordPress built-in cron, but already tryed Server side cron (Linux cron)

Can anyone help me solving this?

    Regards

    A Jorge

It seems I was able to solve this problem. I tryed to delete the templates I had created and start over – it is working.
