    Since end of august sending of the the newsletter works not properly. But last saturday (29-10) sending has stopped completely. So 0 receivers have had our weekly newsletter. I always have the latest version of the plugin and I don’t know what to do. Please help!

    To determine what is causing the problem. Please let me know your thoughts on the following points

    1) Please check and confirm the steps mentioned in this document.

    2) Then check if you are receiving the test email or not.

    3) If the test email is received, can you please tell us what happened when you published your last post?
    On the Report screen, do you see any reports with the status ‘In Queue’?

    If yes, you can click on the Send link and see if the emails are being sent out or not.

    Upon completion, please check your spam folder or inbox if you haven’t received the email.

    Please verify the mentioned points and let us know your input.

    Answering the steps by number:
    1) I use your plugin for almost 4 years so no need to make new template

    2) The testmail or also the confirming mail after sending the weekly newsletter I don not receive anymore for a few years

    3) I send you screenshots of what I see, since end of August it is not working well

    4) Every week I have a completely new post

    Hope you can help me solve this problem, because it worries me a lot!
