This error you mentioned can happen when a sender configuration is missing or invalid. For example, this can happen if your “From” email address or sender name isn’t properly configured.

Can you please check your sender settings?

    1. Go to MailPoet > Settings > Basics
    2. Verify that “Default sender” has both a name and valid email address
    3. Make sure the email address is authorized (if using MailPoet Sending Service)
    4. Also confirm that the FROM name and email address set for the newsletter you’re trying to send are valid and the address has been authorized.

Let us know if it works!
