    I’m a huge fan of this plugin, but just came across a terrible bug that is going to cause me huge headaches and confusion with my customers: I started migrating my points from another plugin and eventually realized it was sending an email to every one of those customers with the “Great news!” that you’ve earned some rewards points. Ugh. This is going to be a huge hassle to clean up and communicate with everyone about what happened.

    I suppose this may not have happened if I had disabled notifications BEFORE starting the migration? At the very least, the migration page should have a warning that emails will be sent during the migration (unless they are disabled first). But, really, the plugin should not being sending emails during a migration like this at all. I still like the plugin, but this really needs to be fixed.

    Sorry to hear about the issue of it sending out the points earning emails when migrating the points! I see why that may be frustrating.

    Disabling them first before the migration would stop this.

    However, we’ll definitely look into resolving this in the next update so it no longer triggers the notification emails for the points migrations.
