Sending Error

    Hello there,

    I have been getting sending errors for my newsletters. In the backend everything seems perfect. My domain is verified. Also, while subscribing, the subscribers are not receiving the confirmation mail. The ticket number is 9655790

    Hi there @priyanka1694,

    Thank you for sharing the information about your site! From your screenshot, we can see that the error is specifically about your sender domain:

    Also, from your System Info, we can see that you are on a very outdated version of the plugin: 3.64.3 while the current version is 5.11.0

    1. Please make sure you have updated the plugin to the current version
    2. Next, I see you have two different accounts associated with your domain — make sure you have verified the domain in the “Sender Domains” tab of the account that you are using the license key from.
    3. Finally, make sure the FROM address on the emails you are sending are using an address on that verified domain. You can set the default FROM address under MailPoet > Settings > Basics, and also can set an address on individual emails as well.
