sending messages does not work

hello, and installed your plugin but I can not send messages or configure the name. use the latest wordpress update, insert the short code into a page. I can write but not send messages, maybe I do wrong some configuration that does not allow it?

I use the shift + ENTER but it does not work … I can not make it work

these are the features that the hosting gives me, in case the info serves you:

Hello,

Please enable debug mode in Wise Chat Settings (Advanced tab) and check for any error messages that may be displayed.

Also – please make sure that there are no JS errors on your chat page.

thanks for the quick response, I can not find that configuaracion avanada, I only see general settings … where is the debug mode? please could you send me more precise instructions, this is my mail, if you want send me images

You already find the debug option. thanks, if I throw an error, with a plugin in a line 37, deactivate that plugin and no more apparent errors appear, and even the problem continues, I can not publish. Will there be something wrong in my general confugration?

Do not even upload the documents or images, look it yourself.

I have uninstalled all the plugins and it worked, then little by little I started to install again and throw the errors with these two plugins:
Autoptimize
WP-Optimize
but for it to finish working I must place in AJAX Engine default, and that way it works.

then it works, but at the moment it throws some very ugly errors (while the plugin that I mention is still uninstalled) this is the error:

I can only post, comment and send images if it is uninstalled …

even if the active prevents the error console from being enabled. I hope all these data can be used to improve your friend complement and sorry for so much discomfort, I really want your complement, it is good =) but I want to improve

currently only works if I have this plugin uninstalled and in the configuration of your plugin I place

Default AJAX engine
Enable XHR request verification I have it checked
