Sending Orders

Hello,
I am using the StoreFront theme with WooCommerce and having troubles trying to find where I can set up access to my orders. I don’t want my dropshipper to have full access to my account but would like them to be able to access orders for tracking and printing off shipping labels. Maybe even an order email I can send with those capabilities once orders come in.
Apologies if this is a non-wp question but any assistance or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
