Sending posts to multiple pages

Hi,

I’m creating a business website for a construction company. We will constantly be updating our site as we complete a variety of projects.

Is there a way to have posts go to different categories that live under different pages?

For example, I have a page called “projects” with 4 different pages underneath (1 for each of the different project groups). I also have a page called “services” with 4 other sections (for each of the markets we serve). I’d like to have a post go to one of these 8 pages, but also have the post appear on the page in the drop down menu. I know how to create categories and have the items appear there, but I need to get the posts to appear on pages so that I can maintain the drop-down menu for easier navigation around the site.
