Also, which sending method do you use? Is your form correctly linked to the same list as your Welcome email?

Sending method: tried every method, at this time it is mailpoets script.
Yes the user joined the correct list.
At the welcome mail stauts I can see 3 Mails waiting:

Okay. Are you using MailPoet Sending Service or a Third-Party Sending Service? Also:
– Do you have Sign Up Confirmation enabled?
– What’s the status of the subscribers in the list that this Welcome Email is set to send to (e.g. Unconfirmed, Subscribed)?
– Have your subscribers been imported or have they subscribed via a MailPoet subscription form?
– Have you changed your subscribers’ status by editing them in batches?

– status is Subscribed
– My list is imported from klicktipp (german newsletter provider)
– no batches

Welcome Emails aren’t sent to imported subscribers as outlined in our Troubleshooting Welcome Emails page.
