Sendpress stopped working

    Please can you tell me how to reset my database ( which tables to delete) as i need to completely reset.

    sendpress stopped working and so i did a fresh install.

    after a fresh install all of the settings i had previously/email lists ect are still there afterwards.

    Id really appreciate a helping hand here

    you should be able to drop these tables.

    prefix_sendpress_list_subscribers
    prefix_sendpress_lists
    prefix_sendpress_queue
    prefix_sendpress_report_url
    prefix_sendpress_subscribers
    prefix_sendpress_subscribers_click
    prefix_sendpress_subscribers_event
    prefix_sendpress_subscribers_open
    prefix_sendpress_subscribers_status

    “prefix” is specific to your install.

    Let me know if you need help with the mysql commands. Or you can use phpmyadmin.

    Please backup your database first before dropping the tables though.

    HI bonse,

    What part stopped working the Admin Area or sending? you mentioned trouble with the editor before did that stop working?

    i create an email as normal (btw the HTML still isnt having it.) and then when i goto send i select the subscribers to send to and click sernd. then when i have to click confirm send there is no email there and it doesnt try to send because the email isnt there.

    i need to do some screen shots to maybe make a bit more sense.

    additional to this, it used to shoe me how many opens and clicks my email had in reports and now its just – –

    Hi bonse,

    What version of SendPress did you start using? Also did you delete the plugin via the wordpress admin area. This drops all the custom tables so some data would be lost. I current does not remove the custom post types so you would still have emails and reports but the reports may be empty.

    I am working on bugs and such today. If you can provide a few screen shots i will do all that i can to get you back up and running.

    You can send email me directly at [email protected]

    If you want to create an admin user with that email and then send me your domain i will use the password reset to get it. Up to you and you can also reach me on twitter @joshlyford
