Sendy error

    I was able to connect sendy, but its not sending the data to my sendy intergration.
    Next to info: it says Invalid email address

    The email address is valid.
    Why is it not sending the email/into to the connected sendy file?

    When I use a gmail.com email address it works fine, however, if i use a custom domain email address, I am getting the ‘Invalid email address’ error.

    Hello there @baje

    I just tried to replicate this in a testing site and I didn’t notice such an error. Even using a dummy email address seems to work well:

    Is there a staging environment where you could ensure that this isn’t some kind of conflict with another plugin or theme? Please advise!

    Now I am unable to connect to sendy at all.

    API key – XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    List ID – XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

    Thank you Jan for the update.

    Does anyone have any insight as to why I am unable to connect to my sendy account?

    I am using sendy on sendybay.com … that shouldn’t matter cause it connected initially.

    Hello @baje ,

    It looks that there is an issue with Hustle and Sendy at the moment.
    We have reported this to the Hustle developers and they are working on this.
