    I have 3 WP installations that are trying to use Sendy for newsletter opt-ins.

    I go to the Email collection module settings, and add Sendy as my Email Collection Service.

    I select “Sendy” as my email service provider.

    I enter my API key, list id, and installation URL.

    These are the same 3 things that all other Sendy plugins ask for, and I’ve tried 3 others and they work fine. Hustle is no longer working.

    It just shows the yellow error message that says “Selected list ().”

    If I click “Update Service” and then go back into it, my list id is cleared out.

    I had two other WP installations that were working fine. I noticed this problem when trying to use Hustle for a 3rd WP installation and couldn’t get it to work. Upon going back to the previous 2 installations, I noticed they’re no longer working as well.

    What to do?

    Also, while it’s in that state, the form presents itself just fine, but the email address specified does not get added to the Sendy list.

    I tried 3 or 4 other Sendy-supported plugins, and all worked with the same list ID and API key. Hustle was the only one that wouldn’t work, even though it was working just fine at 2 of my WP installations previously. Perhaps an update changed things? I don’t know.

    But in the end I had to change the API key via my Sendy installation, and now all is well. There’s a bug in there somewhere.

    I have had the identical problem in a still open ticket in this forum. I wonder if Hustle can reply to mine as well as work out what the underlying issue is?

    I tried the workaround, regenerating the API but I now get Selected list (the list id) in yellow and the new API not saved.

    Basically new information seems to be unable to be saved.

    Apologies for hijacking the thread but mine hadn’t been replied to!
