“Sent” but not “Opened”

After successfully publishing 10 biweekly newsletters, suddenly we have a problem. Our most recent issue was sent to 107 subscribers. Seven days later, the number “opened” (according to our statistics) is zero. Ordinarily, the number opened is greater than 40% and most of that activity occurs during the first 2 days.
Trying to fix the issue, I updated to version 4.6.4, but that did not help. Any ideas?
