Exactly the same problem here (also similar symptoms to a couple of months ago). Getting this at the start of the e-mail –

Will try the beta.
Tried the beta; still problems, but different (lots of “=” characters). So 2.4.2-beta probably worse for me than 2.4.4. Fortunately been able to restore to 2.4.3 so fixed for the moment. Website is at PHP 8.1 if that’s relevant.

We rolled back to 2.4.3 and it is working with that version.
Hey, Unfortunately same issue again as before it’s not displaying emails as HTML and as code. Deactivated plugin and all is working fine, please could you update post as to when is fixed thank you.

Thanks! I reverted back to 2.43 and now my emails are html and the subject has returned.
I had the same issue. I switched to PHPMailer and it solved. Please update plugin to work with PostSMTP again. We are checking our other sites using the plugin.
