Sent wrong add-on

    Hi:

    I ordered the PayPal add-on but was delivered the Attachment add-on. I have sent e-mail to the account on the order form with no response and an automated warning that it is not checked frequently. The order number was 5477

    You can actually see on the order where the order was PayPal, but the download was Attachments.

    I filled out the “Contact Support” at smartforms.uservoice.com. Is there some separate button to create a support ticket?
