Our primary concern is that for SEO Zendesk is giving us virtually no traffic. We have a support section where we have common public question and answers that we have crafted carefully and would really like to get this content the visibility it deserves.
Is this possible with your plugin?
Just to confirm, your solution / plugin is NOT some external third party SaaS service? For seo purposes we need this on our own server.

No, we’re not a SAAS service. Plugins all run on your server.
By default, TICKETS are private. You can make them public with our PUBLIC TICKETS premium add-on. But, even so, we don’t do anything special around SEO. In fact, we’ve never heard of anyone trying to SEO optimize support tickets. Maybe you need an FAQ / Knowledgebase instead? You can use our DOCUMENTATION or FAQ add-ons which are both based on standard WP Custom Post Types that YOAST understands.
