Can you let us know if you are using a pagebuilder plugin such as Visual Composer, Site Origin, Beaver Builder etc to create your page’s content? The SEO and readability analysis features can sometimes not work correctly if you are using some kind of visual page builder, as they can cause the page’s content to not be accessible to the plugin due to it being created outside the functions of the standard WordPress page editor.

Yes, I am using Visual Composer. But the SEO and readability analysis features are working fine on my other websites. https://cyberwebhk.com/ is the only website of mine does not work well for the SEO and readability analysis.
The SEO and Readability analysis do not scan the frontend of your site. It scans the content as seen in the backend editor. When you use a page builder, the content provided for the analysis may not be the complete content. Unfortunately, the best advice we can provide is to reach out to the page builder. They can provide you with information about any limitations to the integration they provide and troubleshoot their integration.
