• If you have a lot of FAQs, that’s a lot of content. Google likes a lot of content from an SEO standpoint. When using permalinks there’s then a link to a separate page for each question which creates lots of pages for Google, however the content is the same so would Google see the content on the page that has multiple questions and includes that very same question and answer as duplicate content or would it consider the page with only that question on it duplicate content of the large page with multiple questionS?

Essentially I’m asking this question: What is the best practices for Ultimate FAQ from an SEO standpoint, and more importantly, WHY?

  • Hi consultant,

We don’t provide consulting or advice on how to SEO your site. We include microdata in our FAQs as well as options to change the slug base (registered custom post type slug) and to enable pretty permalinks. Additionally, our FAQs are a custom post type, which means they’ll be picked up by Yoast, with which you could modify the meta titles, etc. however you want.
