SEO Errors on wordpress 4.9.4

Hello,

In subsite activation of wordpress 4.9.4 mulistis, it will occurs errors at backend when edit SEO tab:
http://prntscr.com/iqxr79

in this case, two models is disable.

http://prntscr.com/iqxrzc

it will caused almost 2 minitues delay in this situation.

Please have a check, and let me know how to resolve, thanks.
