Hello,
I have a question regarding SEO in a multiple language website. What is the optimal way to do that if we have for example a content in English and French? Is it better to build 2 separated websites (website for English and website for French)? or both multi-language content in one website only?

There are multiple ways to build a multilingual website, one of the most common which is to build a multisite network and have each language in its own subsite. To do this, you could use a plugin such as MultilingualPress.
