SEO Issues

I am using the plugin and has noticed it has terrible SEO, here are a few issues that I have found.

I am using All in one seo pack with sitemaps and it is generating answers as pages with the URLs : http://www.xxxx.com/?post_type=questions-xxx—xxx#answer_406 When all that is needed is a page with the question. also why not use the permalink url ?

Page heading titles stay the same for all questions and answers.

Question titles are in <h3> tags with again the same <h1> heading on every page.

Because of these issues my questions or answers are not being indexed by google….
