SEO Pack 2.1.7 by Michael Torbert Code Change

    I’m trying to improve my SEO.
    When I use Bing SEO analyzer, it finds this code in problem:
    <meta name=”description” content=”Animal Chiropractor”>
    Not being able to change the code manually on my WordPress account, I deleted the plug in, but it still shows up in my code.
    How can I either get rid of it, or add key words in the <meta name=”description” area?
    It is the All in One SEO Pack 2.1.7 by Michael Torbert of Semper Fi Web Design
