SEO title not pulling through

    Hi,

    Plugin was working great and not causing page speed issues like some alternatives.

    I’ve noticed however that when clicked the icons result in the following copy in place of the actual title. I am using Yoast SEO and the titles display fine in their preview.

    This example is for the Twitter icon but I have the same issue for Facebook.

    Is there a fix for this or do I need to enter a social media title for each page?

    @kwetz At the moment yoast custom tags are not supported so you either need to define a social media title or just disable the open graph integration inf mashshare settings.

    Hi Rene,

    Thanks for getting back to me and explaining. Defining the title worked like a charm for Twitter however for Facebook the defined social media title doesn’t pull through. It’s under the character limit, with no special characters. Any ideas why that might be?

    Ah, just answered my own question, Facebook needed to re-cache the page. Sharing the link here in case anyone else has the same issue https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
