    Dear Mailpoet team,

Currently, only 1 page serves as the subscription confirmation page for two purposes:

    1. Once the user submits the subscription form
    2. Once the user clicks on the double opt-in email verification link

It would be great to have two separate pages as in case of scenario 1. the page should mention “dear user, please check your mailbox because we sent you a verification link”; while in case of scenario 2. the page should state the “successful subscription”.

Is there an option to set up 2 separate pages for these actions?

    Thank you!

    Hello there @wpandlpuser ,

Thank you for reaching out and for clearly explaining what you’re trying to achieve. Your use case makes a lot of sense, and I can see why having different messages at each step would be helpful for subscribers.

For the first scenario, after a user submits the subscription form, you can redirect them to a dedicated page of your choice. This can be done directly from the form settings using the “After Submit” option (see screenshot below). You can create a custom page on your site with messaging like “Please check your inbox to confirm your subscription,” then select that page as the after submit action in the form settings.

For the second scenario, when the subscriber clicks the double opt in confirmation link in the email, MailPoet uses the confirmation page. While this page is shared by default, you can fully customize its content and wording so it clearly communicates that the subscription was successful.

You can find step by step guidance on customizing the confirmation page here:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/178-customize-your-confirmation-page

Using this approach gives you two distinct experiences for subscribers, even though one uses a redirect and the other uses the confirmation page.

    Cheers!

    Dear @geraltrivia ,

Thank you very much for the feeedback. It seems that I slipped through these settings and it is possible to differentiate the 2 pages.

    Have a great day!
