I have a page that will be full of block quotes as a client wants to use it for all her businesses’ endorsements. The first paragraph thats a block quote works great: typed the text, highlighted it and clicked the block quote button. works as expected.

But now we need to add additional endorsements under the first one.

    1. So we click to the very right of the last part of an existing endorsement’s text and hit ENTER to start a new line.
    2. type our new text, highlight the new text and hit the block quote button

That joins both paragraphs into 1 block quote. I need to have multiple blockquotes on the same page using visual editor (because the clients needs and i don’t want her messing/getting confused by the code in the code view). Ive tried everything i can to get it to work in visual editor.

    anyone know a trick?

and immediately figured this out. my brain just needed a rest I guess.

    you have to:

    1. click to the very right of the last part of an existing text and hit ENTER to start a new line.
    2. click BQ button to turn BQ off
    3. hit enter again
    4. type/paste new text, highlight the new text and hit the block quote button again

    boom. multiple block quotes
