Thanks for reaching out. Can you please try selecting “New Tab” here. This option will be found from your Widget Settings -> Widget Customization -> Frequently Asked Questions. Here’s the image:

Thank you for the prompt response.
I saw this and also noticed that this would be a tab on your chatway interface for customers.
However, what I was looking for was, something like a shortcode that can be added to a page to display FAQs. Maybe, even, by categories, etc
To get, something like, lagosarenaguide.com/faq where FAQ is a page for FAQs
Hope this is clear now? Is this possible?

Just to confirm once as the lagosarenaguide.com/faq is giving us an 404 error. Do you mean that you want a section just to display FAQ’s (via shortcode or other ways) without the live chat part? Chatway is primarily a live chat app and displaying just the FAQ’s without the live chat isn’t possible at the moment.
