Separate sitemaps for custom post types?

    Looking at Rank Math for a new client project. Does the free plugin generate separate XML sitemaps for different custom post types automatically, or does it lump everything together into one big file? Appreciate any help here.

    Hello @marie969,

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Rank Math generates the main sitemap at /sitemap_index.xml. Within this sitemap, it creates separate sub-sitemaps for different post types, including your custom post type.
